I'm pretty sure that fedeal law says that these god damned money changers have to change money. Back when I was playing with coins a little, one bank said if I had no account they would not sell quarters to me. I says to them, aren't you required to, by federal law? And then they did it and never questioned me again... not sure if that makes it true or not. But. The god damned crooked cocksuckers should at least have to do their fucking job.
