what is the problem? None of you know anything about the quality of traffic that site sends, and we are not sending any traffic to that site. You don't know the sites traffic sources, or what countries it has traffic from, or if it had any traffic at all. Just because a page is full of ads doesn't make it a problem in general.
We have 68000 domains in the system, we don't manually approve all publishers, because people can change their site at any time. We would need to constantly monitor all sites in the system. That is not possible, and we have no reason to do so.
I don't know why people try to attack us and make us the bad guys, all were trying to do is make a service that people want, and help this industry grow and generate revenue.
Even a site like that can send traffic that converts for our advertisers though. We do not have a requirement that you're site has to have content in order to display or ads. But it does need content in order to use our system to trade traffic. So I don't really see the problem.
Our advertisers usually report sites that send unproductive traffic, or block them, so it usually solves itself if a site with traffic causes problem. But out of the 68k sites we have, there is going to be a few dead sites without traffic, and I don't see any point for us to spend energy on monitoring them when noone is complaining about the traffic they send.
