Do her eyebrows (SERious trimming-plucking) and a professionally applied (taught) makeup job (they will teach her how to do it for a few extra bucks) and she'd look very acceptable.
Thats just a bad pic. But it looks like she has the 'tude to be a model, she's just a diamond in the rough.

Well,this is a very good advice i must say!
I never thinked about that i need to make modelks to look like that,i always tought that that is their part of job to do,but from now on i will definitly sugges that to every new and old model i shoot,thanx for thise very usefull advice dude
