This is the american way to make it rich!! Sue someone that creates something that is profitable. I do not get how people have so much time to sit in court and deal with all of this bs. Why is this on the boards in the first place? Well to get some drama going on the boards, but besides that it doesn't help the case.

I know many clients that use nats and I have helped them set up Nats and other TMM products. It is funny how all of these " Shady Tactics" come out in the open. It is usually coming from people that have something to gain off making this news come out in the open. I am sure that TMM is not in business to hurts its clients. They try and help their clients get started in any way they can. They also let them into their home, office and also take good care of them at the events.
If you do not know about any of these alleged tactics in first person, then it usually is good thing not to talk about them. We are all here to do business ont he boards, well that is the way it used to be. This is nothing against you Mr.Kris, just in general. This is the stupidest case I have ever seen. They clearly have no clue what happened then or in the past.
Just to point out the obvious, they think TMM has data that they clearly do not track or have access too, at all and no court could get them to get the data.
I would be interested in seeing what other 'honest' companies have joined this witch hunt.

The Collapse of the Affiliate Marketing Model
The Commission Junction and the 2Much Media/NATS Complaints seem to be on track to collapsing the Affiliate Marketing Model which has become like a giant pyramid scheme. With several of the largest Affiliate Programs claiming double digit losses in revenue and/or market share the reasons are multifaceted and so many areas need to be addressed.
The re-filing of the 2Much Media (NATS) case last night may broaden the scope of the hit on the adult industry and the complaint asks the court to be recognized as a class action law suit. With the Commission Junction Class Action it was slow to get companies to jump in which may also be the case with the TMM Motion to be heard in late April. I look forward to the TMM response and I am sure it won't end there.
Although both cases are different on merits having two of the largest affiliate program managers under fire and in litigation is not good.
