problem with Poser (and increasingly Daz Studio) is that most people who move stuff around and call it animation don't got an official education in animation.
Maya & the like is to create masterpieces and Poser/Daz is for mass production... simple as that.

Those clip sites, like that first link you gave...can artists really make money with that? I can do even better stuff that's on that site.
