TMZ has learned that Ashley "Spitzer-Girl" Dupre may have been underage when she was filmed nekkid on the "Girls Gone Wild" bus. Her lawyer, Don Buchwald, tells TMZ Ashley's birthday was April 30, 1985, and the footage was shot between March 13 and March 20, 2003, making her 17.

But "Girls Gone Wild" chieftain Joe Francis says even if she was 17, Florida and Federal law -- and Joe knows a thing or two about that -- permits her to be filmed in any state of undress ... as long as she consents and there is no "sexual contact." (And there was none, Joe says.)

Is GGW going to send lawyers to defend any of their affiliates if they get arrested? Also I never heard its ok to shoot 17 yr olds in any state of undress.Also a 17 isnt old enough to consent to anything cant sign agreements for yourself until your 18.

So if FL and US Fed law says its OK to be filmed @ 17, is it still OK for GGW to sell it? Probably not is my guess.

anyone want to buy a ashley dupre .com domain name? LOL

This has got to be bullshit...... more hype for GGW. There is no way they did not have the 2257 all lined up before they went live with this........ I mean the guy just got out of jail on a 2257 rap.
