Honestly, I try to make customer service a part of every day life and not just at the office. If someone (like a troll) wants to pick a fight or act an ass for whatever reason, I quickly act like a CSR, "Sir/Madam, I am sorry you are not satisfied with my services. How can I make this experience easier for you?"
