I hate it, hate it I tell you.
Just today, I had to sign out of 1 of 4 accounts into another account. The user and email was correct. I entered the password (correctly) but did it let me in? know. I had to do a pw reset witht he same one they said was wrong.

That deleted my avatar and I had to upload it again to g+ which I don't care about g+.

Microsoft not that much better. Having a few relatives updated to Windows 8.1 from 8.0 and they called me to "help" because not figured the mess after update. I found out that you can not even start windows unless login in microsoft with an account, also all the photos you load in PC from phones/cameras or documents you save etc. goes in "Photos", "Documents" folders, which are all backup automatically by default on Microsoft Skydive servers. To disable the backup on servers of all the photos/documents/browsers history etc. it is quite tricky, I needed to search with google for methods using CMD line and shortcuts keys etc., nothing my relatives could figure or do on their own.
