Snowden has made some claims but so far he hasn't proven anything although he has tens of thousands of documents. No one has been arrested, and to date the only one who seems to have broken the law is Snowden himself.

Everyone seems to be jumping on the bandwagon saying "I don't want my emails being read" without understanding that the NSA isn't reading our emails in bulk.
