Is ft lauderdale a nice place? What should I do there?
99.9% sure I'm going there for spring break next week with a few pals. Never been to florida so I'm not too sure what to expect. I'm guessing its just like every other place... a beach and sand.
beach, sand, lots of public nudity... cops relaxed on under age drinking... If you want to fuck a bunch of hot 18-21 y/o's this is probably the easiest time to
Whenever i'm down there i Hit a resturaunt called the quarter deck. Its right off las olas. Good bar food, good drink prices and you can sit outside and people watch. its around a block and a half away from the beach.
also off las olas are fishing docks where the charters are. I forgot the name of the boat but for 20 bucks per person you go out from 7pm to midnight and fish. You will want to bring you own cooler of beer and snacks.
If you are into the club scene, i recommend hitting automatic slims.
Ft. Lauderdale isn't really the place you want to go, if your looking for the CRAZY spring break, but if your looking for relaxing, tanning, etc. this is your place.
I suggest either Panama Beach, it is by far the craziest fucking place to go for spring break. Trust me on this man!
Fuck some hot girls, take pics of the fucking, post them here for everyone to post "I'd hit it"
I will do my best... which means pics 100% guaranteed. Possibly video.

I would love to hit up Cancun but that is waaaay too far for me. We're driving to florida and that alone will probably kill me. Bringing the laptop to work on shit though.
Like its been said, here is not the place for college springbreak, during the month's of march and april the hotels in Ft.Lauderdale require you to be at least 25 to even rent a room... There is a steady flow of hot women year round though...

I dunno, the group I'm going with already booked the rooms and they're all under 25. They had extra beds and asked if I'd like to go which would make things cheaper on a whole for everyone.
I was checking out webcams that someone posted up above and it looks prettttttty sunny and nice.
Any why is it not the "place" for spring break just curious? No big bar/club attractions or something?
I've lived in Cincinnati and I've also lived in South Florida. You'll have a great time. Sure, not as wild as say Cancun but there are beautiful women, the bars are way better than in Ohio and the weather is awesome most of the time. You're going to hang out on the beach or in bars and get drunk, right? There will be plenty enough girls.

Hahahaha amen Colin. I know you're from Mason, and there is absolutely nothing around there, or even much around here in the college part of Cincy... so I'm sure I'll be happy visiting florida no matter what. And yes, the whole time I will be drunk, on the beach and at the bars so whats the worst that could happen.
Fort Lauderdale Beach is good right now. The places you need to hit up are the elbo room, dirty blondes, sloppy joes, fat tuesday, and lulus bait shack. All these places are in walking distance from each other so go where the ladies are. You cant go wrong with cheap beer and girls that drink their cheap beer. haha
as has been said it might not be the ultimate spring break place but FUCK them, I live in Michigan and really anywhere in FL this time of year is fantastic compared to up here. Most of the beaches on the west side of the state suck but really about anywhere from Daytona Beach south is pretty sweet.
Personally I tend to stay my first night up around daytona or cocoa on my way down. It really depends on what time of your drive you get down there. Its nice to have a few beers and swim a lil then get back on the road for a bit.
If you are looking for the kind of spring break you see in Girls Gone Wild Videos, you are twenty years too late for Fort Lauderdale. It just doesn't exist here anymore. There are cool things to do here but there are NOT going to be throngs of partying spring breakers around at the clubs and bars!
