I haven't heard the entire thing yet but what I did hear indicated Obama is like most other politicians and will lie (or say things blantently misleading) when the shit hits the fan... When the story broke he said he hadn't heard the preacher make any of those types of comments and if he had, he would have walked out or had a talk with the preacher about it... But in his speach, he admitted he sat thru sermons hearing that type of stuff and he did nothing..

the damage of all this hasn't even began to hold yet. i think he is a better choice than hillary or maccain, but i don't think he will survive whats happening... because he got this far by flying below the radar 100%... he wasn't under any scrutiny at all and the media gave him a pass. now thats changed and it can only get worse. saying he "did good today" is totally irrelevant in the big picture.

a simple litmus test of what i am saying is hillary's/her sides silence... they know where this is going and they don't have to say a thing now to make it happen.

yeah... it sure feels like that sometimes... For awhile there I was feeling myself being "energized" by Obama's speaches etc. but that passed and I stand by my initial feeling that Obama ran too early to be president and that Hillary is the best choice at this point given the options.
