I have kicked around a few different options as things are just getting to be too big for me to captain. The next thing on my plate is to find a project manager who can handle some of the other programming and projects we have going on. This would be much better for the developers as they would get someone who can handle all of their emails and concerns as they come in versus me having to schedule time window to chat with them or them waiting on me to get back a detailed email or something. It would help to keep those projects moving forward.

Anyway, slowing one by one finding key people to better manage the growth and opportunities. Again, thank you guys and gals for all of the help. Keep it coming. Any and all help is appreciated.
