Little different there and most know it. The female teacher issue is technically a crime though there should be differences in the sexes and I feel until they change the laws they should be applied equally.
However what this dude did was indeed a sex crime and needs to be punished. Though I feel it is no fault of the airline unless they saw him masturbating. Please do not down play the words now to little boy, we are not talking about NAMBLA incidents here or even prepubescent males. Those instances have almost always happened with males in their teens. The psychological differences are more commonly than not vastly different than when it happens to a female. I am however sorry that there is a difference in the sexes and in an ideal world I suppose that everyone would indeed be equal.
Historical data as well as current crimes would tend to show us that the age of consent should be lowered for possibly both sexes and more importantly should not necessarily be equal between males and females. I however do know this really would not happen now or anytime in the future, so we should uphold the law equally via everyone. Of course that means almost everyone would be a felon by their late teens, though oh well we should have to lay in the bed we made.
However when two minors do perform a felony a double standard comes into play and the male is charged. When women lie about their ages and even show you their fake ID before you do something with them and presto they turn out to be underage again a double standard comes into play and the male is charged, the under aged females are not bothered despite fake ID's, lieing, endangering another, and a menagerie of other potentially life altering events. So we do have plenty of reverse double standards already in place yet to suggest that we treat the sexes different comes to objections.Comment

This sort of happened to me once when I was in college.... sorta.
I was driving across California toward Arizona where it's super hot desert style landscape and I stopped at a rest stop outside of Indio. I'd been driving straight for too long. I was exhausted and it was crazy hot, so I rolled all my car windows down about a quarter and took a nap.
