Yes but without knowing the CONTEXT for these numbers they don't really help much.
In other words, going from 3 sales a day to 6 sales a day is great but doesn't impress me that much, especially since the data is so new. But if she went from 20 sales to 40+ sales THEN I would be impressed.
The problem with just touting conversion ratios is that they don't translate to other websites, companies, operations, etc. How much traffic Sara gets and where it comes from is way more important data than simply doubling conversion ratios. Volume of sales is critical.
