That said, if you are asking seriously you should put the amount you are going to (Willing to) lose (spend) on equipment.
Nikon 800e is the best thing going for photos and video (camera multi-tasking) . But there will be a learning curve. Get good glass. (lenses)
If you want really good and pretty cheap the Canon 60D does really good video and photos on a budget. (get L glass if possible)
