Serious-Partners Support provides services for affiliates all the time. No tickets or e-mails are ignored. If ever there is a delay it means that we have some considerable reasons for it. Anyway, we are replying as soon as possible, you are always welcome to ask any questions regarding our affiliate program.
As to the request of account verification, it is a standard procedure which is applied to the accounts which are not in use for a long period or when the payment will be sent for the first time.
We think that we faced a misunderstanding with WoW!, the emails and tickets were answered immediately. Now the problem is solved.
