as the thread starter did not provide the ID we can only suppose that the thing is about the person with whom we communicated more than a week via our Ticket System. We could not pay immediately due to the fact that this account was not in use for a long time and it was the first payout that's why we had to collect more information. The settlement was also delayed because the main support manager was away on vacation. But anyway the payout was made yesterday Oct, 16th and we did inform our advert.
