been running it for a few weeks now, was an original backer from the kickstarter, its nice, but from a view of a newbie trying to setup a site, its not very installation friendly, as you would see with drupal or wordpress where its automated.
Since its a nodeapp, it takes a bit more than your usual upload, and visit the install script.
So its not something you can tell your average person who is not tech friendly.Since 1999: 69 Adult Industry awards for Best Hosting Company and professional excellence.

IMHO no.
It has no commenting system, its bascially just create posts thats it, if you just want a blog with minimal features then fine, but you wont get the same extensibility of wordpress, at least for now.
And you wont be able to set this up on shared hosting you will need a vps or dedicated with root access.Since 1999: 69 Adult Industry awards for Best Hosting Company and professional excellence.
