Most understand that. This statement is bullshit in the article:

What the article is eluding to is that .xxx is THE extension for adult, and it is bullshit. I would bet $1 that $800K did not exchange hands. It is simply an agenda to try and market an extension that everyone hates because of the methods used to try and originally market the extension.
The owner has every intention on cornering the market on adult tld's and open up a bunch of new ones, like .sex etc. Then they all become worthless in the end. It's just, quite simply, total bullshit.
