I am all for globalization on a competitive basis, but do you think that the EU would hire an American or Asian company to create government websites of importance for them?
That said, creating a website like healthcare.gov is a huge undertaking but they have had time to plan it out and that planning is a debacle. Again, I call on the Secretary of HHS to resign, if she doesn't: Obama should axe her and find someone competent to fix this mess. |
I agree that it should have been kept at home. Stupid to spend the money outside the US when sooo many people inside could use the work.
You say that this is a Huge undertaking? Not really.
Its an e-commerce site. Plenty of people around here have sites getting more traffic daily and no issues.
