That is the odd part of this story. All the people that created big data programming in the Silicone Valley and the US government cannot build an American website for Americans with American workers?

I am all for globalization on a competitive basis, but do you think that the EU would hire an American or Asian company to create government websites of importance for them?

That said, creating a website like healthcare.gov is a huge undertaking but they have had time to plan it out and that planning is a debacle. Again, I call on the Secretary of HHS to resign, if she doesn't: Obama should axe her and find someone competent to fix this mess.
