Its still a on going issue. Our stuff has better retention and the content is much newer and exlcusive to us. If you sign up with our VOD program through MaxhardcoreVOD.com we have some sick convertions. I can speak for MaxHardcore.com traffic and we enjoy our 1:9. I personaly do 1:22 with my own network.Comment

Well let me ask you, according to the contract that expired in Nov of 2007. In the contract we have to give notice that we do not want to renew and we did. In the contract once the contract is expired you are allowed to service your remaining members with Maxhardcoreporn.com but not keep advertising and atracting affiliates with our content. So let me know if you intend on using our content without permission for the purpose of commerce and have no intention on paying us. I am sure all of GFY would like to know.
Max World Entertainment Inc has attempted numerous times to contact you about this and come to some kind of agreement, and nothing.
Max, I know Maxhardcore and SEG had a falling out and shit happens. We know you have made an awfull lot of money using our content and we havent seen much money out of the deal. But the contract is over and done. You no longer have a right to use our content. And thats all there is too it.Comment

As far as payment goes I don't handle that (only the affiliate program) but as far as I know you have been getting paid.
I was told that our lawyer just spoke to Max pretty recently about this situation.
