Instead of WLs you could build sites with API's incorporating just the video/chat pieces into your "unique" own layout, but is not so fast or easy to do.
Or, use an iframe and include the cam site main url with your affil id, lots of our affiliates does this because we do not provide WLs, examples str8video.com , 656cams.com ,
