The 45-year-old, mother-of-six, from Miami, Florida, told the Sun Sentinel that the operation, her thirteenth in total, is set for early 2014.
Plastic surgeons will insert implants weighing a total of 42 pounds into her chest, seeing her claim title to the largest augmented breasts in the world.
Her chest is already so heavy at 21 pounds, that she had to have an internal bra made of pigskin and her own muscle implanted into her torso. But the bubbly blonde insists that her ambition to increase the size of her breasts is actually for her children's welfare.
?I want to leave a legacy to my children,' says Ms Wildd, who has six children ranging in age from six to 29, plus a 25-year-old stepson. ?My goal was never to be famous. My goal was to be able to take care of them, to be able to support them.?
She has already made sacrifices due to her breast size: she can no longer exercise or even pick up her youngest daughter. She is forced to sleep on her side hugging a pillow because the weight of the implants is too heavy on her chest and she cannot have mammograms, instead having to rely on sonograms.

Doubt very, very seriously that those are "Silicone" implants.
No company in the world currently makes any that are more than 800 c.c. in silicone.
And no, unless a capsular contraction happens (hardening of scar tissue)...actual silicone tits are as soft and pliable as real tits.
What she has are saline implants. (filled with water)

Yeah...the saline ones have the problem that they deflate within a couple of hours if they spring a leak. The smallest pin hole in one of them dooms then to deflate. So a lot of girls with saline implants are scared to death to let guys get rough with them.
That's not a problem with big silicone ones.
Aesthetically, the saline ones kind of look cooler and "faker" because they are hard and retain their shape. That's how the girls with big saline ones have them sticking straight out and defying gravity.
The silicone ones will hang naturally because they are very soft.-Robbie
