In the third largest city in Sweden, Malmö, the most common name is Mohammed on newborn babies. And in Stockholm bearded men in white sheets screaming out their hateful messages from high towers that looks like Scud missiles.
So ... to have a non-swedish name in Sweden is very common. Although, Marcel sounds like a civilized name to me
Btw, "Nicholas" is not a typical Swedish name. But Niklas and Nicklas are.
