My posts were not meant in disrespect - and I was dead serious on my $50 offer. I thought it was a cool set up. If he came back and said $100. I would have met in the middle at $75.
Its a great layout - but the price is absurd. And the OP realizes that - because he states how he could make 3x my $50 offer with just one sale. Well if its that easy - then why not make 4 sales, and keep the site?

Todd i don't need an appraisal, if i wanted that i would started a thread in the Q&A section and ask for a valuation of my site. You made your offer, i declined it and now please go and appraise other websites you find online.
Why people sell their websites? Because they need money for something else. That's the reason i'm selling: i need money yesterday.
If other people like to trough their hard work to the garbage and sell for 20 bucks that's their problem.
I considered from my point of view to be a fair value! Some of the people can agree with me and some don't. Where others can see only trash other find gold.
