So some girls lied about their ages, used false identification documents, and he is the bad guy? I'm sure you'd be feeling pretty sorry for yourself if the same happened to you. Every single adult webmaster here could be put in the same situation.

He was actually thrown in prison for not settling a *civil* case, although the reason given by the judge was (per AP news):

"Bay County officials then revoked Francis' bond in the 2003 criminal case when jail guards said he tried to bribe them with cash for bottled water to swallow sleeping pills."

i didn't hear any mention of false documents, all they go on about is how these girls said they were 18 on camera. if that's the case, that is simply NOT enough proof of age. so if that's all he had, fuck him. if he took the appropriate steps to assuring the girls were of age when they weren't, and they lied and supplied false id, then fuck them. however it sounds to me like all he did was find some drunk chicks who said "ya we'r 18" and he believed them. dumbshit if this is the case...

Im pretty sure false documents were provided as well as them stating it on video. I also am pretty sure they never sold or used the video these girls were in as well.
