million$ eh? man the total for my 40 years of living is 3000$ for one single surgery that was for something behind my eye and I could not wait the 1 month to get it done free...all the rest was free...maybe I walked in to a pharmacy a few times to pick up some flu medication or aspirin but its like 2$ down here you cant really count that?
the #1 reason for personal bankruptcy in your country is medical bankruptcy...you will not find one single person in my entire 3rd world country that went bankrupt from medical bills
