We are aware that there is currently an issue with card printing and we apologize for the inconvenience and delay.
The bank had an issue with the most recent batches of cards and this resulted in a printing/shipping delay. We have been in contact with them to see what we can do to help get the problem fixed as quickly as possible.
We expect the situation to be resolved by the end of the week.
We know that the cards have been in pending status for longer than usual, and again we apologize for the inconvenience. We are not considering dropping the cards, and the cards will be released very soon.
We appreciate your ongoing patience and we will contact affected clients with an update as soon as we have one.
