He doesn't know he's alive, but he will if stumbles upon that cell. What reason will he have to kill him now? A lot has changed since he sentenced him to death.
I really think they'll both go their separate ways, and if anyone dies, it'll be Walt. Jesse's character has been through so much, I doubt the writers would be dark enough to kill him. I know they're been to some pretty dark places, but it doesn't make sense for Jesse to die.
