    how stupid do our leaders think we are?

    I have always thought politicians thought we were dumb fucks but todays news shows it goes beyond stupid.

    Fewer confessions and new sins at the Catholic church. They list pedophilia as one of the new sins. Then state this; "The archbishop brushed off cases of sexual violence against minors committed by priests as "exaggerations by the mass media aimed at discrediting the Church"."

    Scandal-hit NY governor 'sorry'. He has not resigned and thinks sorry is good enough? On one he's trying to closed down escort agencies while using them. did it never occur to him girls work for different agencies and the bosses talk to each other.

    They think we are stupid and will keep paying for their meal ticket.

          Look at it this way Paul.

          Level orange ..red..green whatever before the last election that Bush won,every week they had cnn giving the current level/color.

          Time Sq was armed at new year for possible attacks.


          Once he got re elected I dont think I have seen the subject mentioned again..maybe my usa friends can tell me what color/level they are now.


          Im not picking on usa its just I remember it well.

          Every country is run by what they see and hear in the media and yes politicians do think you and everyone else are STUPID !

                  Nice big tv,a good meal and all is good.

                  How many people in Europe/USA/ etc look at trade debt,exports,imports and base their vote on stuff like that,the answer is almost NOBODY.

                  They simply listen to what sounds good,and if the person appeals to them they vote on that basis,thats a fact!

                      television is the great braindrain. a total brainwash box. television alone is one of the biggest contributors the the downfall of western civilization. it has honestly almost single handedly gone on to create an entire generation of lazy braindead fucks.

                          In fairness, most people are just too busy with the daily drudgery to keep up with it all. After coming home from a 9-5 who wants to bother with all the world's problems.

                              The Press was using this against Bush so that's why it was all over the place.

                              The press is how Hitler got his word out to the sheep and it can be for or against someone or some thing.

                              Most people will tell you that under Clinton the US Economy was the greatest but the facts are that under Bush it was actually better for a much longer period. This is fact but because of the press 90% of the world would say Bush fucked the economy !

                              Most people also think Clinton cut taxes on the middle class and seniors when in fact he raised taxes on these people - and they thanked him for it !

                                          I think they have good reasons to think that most of the peoples are stupid. Take a look around!

                                          If medias keep feeding people with reality shows and sport business then will be difficult to make them wake up.
