I think in general, be it legal or illegal, almost everyone has some sort of habit.

Cigarettes, booze, pot, prescription drugs, caffeine, sleeping pills, nyquil, and yes even SEX.

I have met very few, if any, people who do not have some type of addiction that is bad for them.

Like most comments I make here, I am not making them ABOUT YOU, this is a discussion.

One reason I don't drink very often. When I do, I always make sure I'm not planning on doing something later. I would rather not say something really stupid or horrible to someone, so I just skip the drink.

you know what.. when you use something that makes you feel good, after certain time that you become addicted to it, and you wont feel any good without it.. using it will maybe bring you only to the "normal" state, not any better.. and everytime it kills you a single bit at a time, eats your brain cells little by little... by the time you realize what you are doing to yourself, you will try to go through some rehab to get away from that shit.. at the end, maybe you wont use it anymore, but you will have nothing but a fucked up body and brain left in your hands..

quit it before its too late...
