Are you sure it's not just a coincidence? Your traffic didn't go up at all? I posted in the original thread telling of the noticed change. But since then, nothing... so I have come to the conclusion now that it was just a coincidence.

How can a new content delivery method increase initial sales? How would the customer know he's getting his content uber fast until AFTER he joins?

Now if you're talking about retention, I could see where you're going with this...But since the program hasn't been implemented that long, I can't possibly see how such data could be quantified in such a short period of time.

Well... The first week of the month is traditionally a bit better for me than the rest. But still sitting at about 1:850 right now on ccbill aff programs.

Traffic is up 10% over last month so far. New traffic being sent is a bit more filtered and targetted also. Could be a coincidence. But I'll take it.

ccbill has done a number of things recently to grab the outside the us market. content delivery, that new connection out of amsterdam, the pricing thing they are coming out with, etc.

but i bet that any site of any real size will have content delivery within the next year, once of the things we were amazed about when we peeked into adult was that only a few large companies were using it, and nobody else. its sop in mainstream

I smell bullshit. The join pages load quicker so more than 50% more people are joining? Come on. And CCbill conversions what from I read are typically much worse than other processors anyway so maybe this will help them catch up.

its not 50%, but we have a report that uses historical data to show us expected sales and there has been a nice gap between actual sales and expected sales for some time now, and while US sales have taken a hit, sales outside the us sales have been stronger than they have ever been.

as far as conversions go, id encourage webmasters to take the pepsi challenge, whether they use another ipsp, or have their own merchant account.
