Ever try to help someone fix a computer problem over the phone, email or via IM?

    Here's a pretty cool solution!

    http://www.copilot.com/

Fog Creek Copilot is a simple service that allows friends, relatives, and customers to help each other solve their computer problems by letting one person temporarily connect to the computer of the other over the Internet. Fog Creek Copilot is inexpensive, fast, easy, secure, and works with any firewall or router without having anything to install or any settings to configure.

The other day I needed help setting up my email with the Max Cash Exchange server and this made it so much easier.

Yesterday I used it to help out my boy set up his email as well. The whole process takes less than a minute to set up.
