My understanding is that Magento handles everything. It is basically a turnkey service. I have never used it, but I believe they host your site and provide you the tools to customize the layout of your site and they handle the processing ect.
If nothing else this might be a quick way to get your site up and running while you work on a more detailed custom built site.Comment
