Hey guys,
Thanks to everyone for reporting. Our tech team found that, for a reason beyond our control, some DNS problems happened during the weekend, affecting a small portion of our traffic mainly in Europe and southeast Asia.
This issue has now been taken care of and hopefully, everything should back to normal as we speak.
Please note that due to some DNS cache settings, it could take a little more time for some users to be able to connect.
