he needs to create 2 prejoin forms, if his site has one,
one for ccbill and another for epoch.

Few question though: enable extra info in ccbill : where to enable extra info in ccbill?
What is CA var?
If i'm correct the fhg's that i submit to epoch-program must be different fhg's then the one i submit to ccbill? If i'm correct there is a epoch-script involved in my current fhg's so if i would use exactly the actual same fhg's for ccbill there would be a problem, correct? Anyone knows?
Correct... it should not be a struggle
I think freecartoonporn is correct... I meant when a visitor through affiliate types in url later that month AFTER first visiting the site via affiliate-link...
Some programs indeed do something like this:
But then if you would later come back via type in url without that 2 in it then the tour that leads to the CORRECT biller is gone... so maybe cookies, etc... are not correct over there. This is what i need to avoid.
Is not a solution. What i know of it, and correct me if i'm wrong, cascading is for redirecting a DENIAL through a cascading link to go to second processor. If there is no denial there is no cascading-link. It would also get messy... for example: i would use one processor as first choice. Then all the money from sales come in at first choice biller. How do the affiliates from the second-biller-company get paid. There is no money coming in there. Correct me if i'm wrong but to my knowledge there is no funds exchange between epoch and ccbill.

ccbill > legacy affiliate > Append Data on Redirect > Enabled
(When enabled, this option allows you to append data on a redirect. )
for e.g.
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=901313&PA=2056383&HTML=http://www.rylskyart.com/
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=901313&PA=2056383&HTML=http://www.sexart.com/
http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=945126-00000&PA=2056383&HTML=http://www.exgffilms.com/t1/
then check url when you land on the tour page. there is CA and PA value gets passed on to the tour page.
you just have to catch those..
you can use same fhg too, just add small code to it .,
if get ccbill isset then change all links to ccbill tour page or ccbill prejoin form./
