    FUCK I PUT IN THE FUCKING THING AND SAY "CANT PLAY DISK"

    So i was like WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF its brand new DVD player

    I look and the fucking disk is crackeddddddddddddddd


    We're sorry to hear that 24: Season 5: Disc 1 was unplayable. We go to great lengths to ensure the movies you get will play without any problems but occasionally a few get through our inspections, or are damaged in transit.

    Please return the unplayable disc and if you've requested a replacement, we will ship it out as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

      How could you not see a big fucking crack in the disk? You're lucky it didn't spin it up too high and shatter.

          the label part od the disk was fine.... when i put it in the label side was up and no sign off anything....

                              That is why I had to upgrade earlier than I had planned to Win xp from 98. Had a scatter bomb go off in my drive. Killed the drive and the disc quite well... lol

                                      I've had about 5 cracked disks in a roll from NetFlix. It was DEXTER S1 D1. I had almost watched the entire first season before I got the first disk right

                                          Through the years I've learned to look at each disc and wipe it down - it almost always has fingerprints on it which can hose up the viewing. I've probably only gotten 20 completely unplayable DVDs in 7 years.

                                          I was having trouble with some of their branded DVDs (they had "Netflix" in red around the middle). After the 4th one not playing I called to see if I was the only one having the problem - apparently I was! But they sent me an "extra" DVD to keep until I watched it to be nice
