Ok, evidentally this hush-hush asshole either reads this board or knows someone who does....
Woke up this morning and found this email in my fucking inbox... a C&D order from hush-hush telling me to remove all the pics that i have on my site that i got from his.... WHICH IS FUCKING BULLSHIT! He took the photos from my site, used them on his (almost 200 pics at last count) and now he sends me a C&D to remove the photos!
What the FUCK!

We have been accurately informed that many photos owned by Hush-Hush.com in
your website, nebraskacoeds.com, and an associated TGP website,
frankyspics.com. There are too many photos to list. We understand that some
of these photos may have been mistakenly submitted to you so we would like
to clear up this matter as quickly as possible, without the involvement of
your host Oxeo.
Naturally, the illegal use of our photos is strictly forbidden. We like the
look of your site and don't mind the competition, provided our content is
not used to make your money. Please respond to this email within 24 hours
or we will be forced to take appropriate action. We would appreciate any
information as to how you came to be in possession of our photos.
We also noticed you paid for a Hush-Hush.com membership today. Considering
this matter is related to images from our site, we have been advised to
temporarily suspended your account, pending the outcome of this matter.

I have sent you so many c&d orders that it's not even funny. There are over 100 photos on your site that belong to me.
Simple as that man.
You have 24 hours to reply, and re-instate my account with you. If you fail to re-instate, I will be charging back ALL 4 monthly payments I've paid you.
Furthermore, in order to remove any photos off of nebraskacoeds, we (and oxeo) will require links to all such photos in question. We will then decide whether or not to remove them....
The thing that is funny, is that you don't shoot any content, and yet you have well over 100 photos that I have PERSONALLY taken on your site, and I'll bet that you think that I stole them from you.... which is NOT the case.
I have already spoken to your hosting provider here in the states, and have been informed that you use that server as a redirect to another server, which is apparently in another country.
Please reply ASAP.
