Sorry to pick out your post mate, but I'm a bit puzzled as to why the outrage over this? We are all deliberately offending religious people by the very act of slinging porn, as well as a ton of other shit some of us do or don't do, which the religious find abhorrent, no?
I'm also not seeing how getting back at the catholic church as a whole, whether as a statement, or in a fuck you I'll use you to gain financially way, can be classed as not respecting people. One is an entity, the other is (are) human(s). Like people hate 'the west' - surely nobody who is right thinking takes that personally? If they do, they have their own issues to work out, rather than have any kind of personal grudge against a person who hates 'the west'.
