The Catholic Church for centuries has started and/or sponsored wars, burned heretics at the stake, slaughtered peasants of various nationalities, looked the other way while thousands if not tens of thousands of children were molested by their priests, the list goes on and on and on.
If some midwestern no-name attention whore wants to masturbate with a crucifix whilst accumulating a pointless criminal record, what's the big deal? I'm sure the Church will survive.
