For years and years we did exactly what we said we were going to do. Melissa and I busted our asses and were the best converting single site around. We made a lot of people a lot of money over those years. All good things must come to an end sometime. This is why Val Midwest is CCBILL only so then there is no worries about people ever getting paid.

The SCAM: When you shut down you decided NOT to pay out money that was owed. This was NOT your money, it was affiliate's money.
3 Months later you came back and said that you have changed your mind and decided to "do the right thing". That in and of itself proves that you had originally chosen to "do the wrong thing" which was walking away with a bunch of other people's money in your pocket.
That is a SCAM. Your paying everyone off does NOT make the original action any less a SCAM.

Dear Affiliate,
The time has come where we have shuttered our doors. I want to thank you for the continued support over the years. We've maintained for as long as we could. The site is at a level where it no longer makes sense to sustain the operations of the affiliate program. No business lasts forever, and our time has finally come. I don't really think this should be a shock, given the nature of the market and the acceptance for a solo girl site in today's marketplace, particularly one as old as mine. There will be no more payments. I apologize sincerely for the lack of notice, delivering bad news like this is never going to be a happy occasion - or an easy decision. Our recommendation is you immediately pull your links, where appropriate. The end has come.

We are still not making a lot of money but we have decided the right thing to do is to pay everyone back. This will take some time of course so please be patient everyone will get there money. We are starting with our top affiliates and moving down the line. Freeones will be paid first as they were our top affilaite and we will move down the line from there. We will pay past owed money first and then figure out your rebills that you can't see since we shut down the program after everyone is paid. I hope some of you will decide to promote us again after you are paid but if not we do understand.
