Actually the US was the LAST country to declare war on Japan in WWII, the Chinese had been fighting since 1937. Even the Canadians were in before the USA.

The following countries had significant forces in the war against Imperial Japan.

The British
India
France
China
Australia
Canada
New Zealand

Strange how you always think that wars only start when you decide to turn up.
