Is Saddamn's government still in power? Is his military still in power? Do their war planes and war ships attack us? Do they have tanks? Is Saddam still in Kuwait? When we occupied Bagdad, did Saddam kick us out?
I believe the US is still a super power. I believe China is too; China is huge. Russia too.
