You ever tried making any homebrew? Just wondering, I've done brewers wort and added the yeast, and the can type stuff (can't remember the term) where you mix with water and add in the yeast.

I'd like to try "all grain" beer making, where you do everything like the craft beer guys do, but on a smaller scale. I pretty much cheat at the moment, but save a fortune on better tasting beer.

I have recently acquired the equipment to do my first batch; unfortunately, I am being quite anal about it and want to make sure I have everything sterilized and all my water purified and chilled ahead of time. This means I have to plan things ahead of time to be sure I will be around for subsequent steps. I meant to begin yesterday, but Firestone Walker gave me the passes at the last minute so I had to put it on hold again. Two weeks from now (I hope).

I plan on doing an article about it for beginners from a beginners perspective; complete with photos and discussing things that the instructions don't cover . . . like, you really need two pots, not the one they say.
