A parent who sees his 15 year old daughter's holiday beach pictures in bikini on a site like this, might just take action. Things like that can easily lead to media or political attention, which not only hurts the reputation of the industry, but can also lead to even stricter legislation.

Several teens have been arrested for producing cp... that is to say, nude pictures of themselves. Since there have also been arrests among owners of non-nude underage sites, and judges have ruled that certain non-nude pictures can still be considered cp, it seems likely that self-posted pictures in skimpy clothes might be considered cp as well.

                                                                      In the case of this site, though, that's beside the point, since the pictures on this site weren't posted by the girls themselves.

                                                                      This site is almost certainly illegal simply because it infringes on the copyrights of the people who took the pictures. Moreover, the context can be claimed to be damaging to the subjects' reputations, which makes any "fair use" claim extremely weak and opens up the site owner to lawsuits demanding compensation for damages.

                                                                      From my standpoint, however, the biggest problem isn't a legal one. It's that sites like this obscure the difference between the *adult* industry and underage content. Simply put, sites like this one create the impression among people outside the industry that the porn industry is filled with underage models.
