Only dudes from 2-4% of countries that have good car industry can express opinion about cars? I mean if you are from country that does not produce cars you can not criticize any car manufacturers? What kind of logic is that?
Having said that - I agree that his opinion is bulshit, there is old and dumb stereotype in Eastern Europe that "french and italian cars sucks". "Real men drive german cars" etc
Mostly peasants and narrow minded gray people still has this view.
