So they aren't saying you can't get any tattoo you want they just don't want you to get dangerous types of tattoo's called scarification where they burn scars that make the tats.. Dermal implants are putting piercings inside your body not just piercing the skin. To me if I wanted something put into my body I would want to go to a doctor not a tattoo guy.. a piercing you can clean and take out if it gets infected but a dermal is much different.

but hey what do I know and also like it was already said this is one state not all US.
