I am confused. how is this a deal for us if we need to give you a recip for a lower PR site? Am I missing something?

In a nutshell, in the trade, you give us one PR3+ link and we return the favor with a set of ten links to you (mainly PR1s).

Our LinkEX is set up so that when you add a link to us from your PR3+ site, you submit your site to those 10 domains and you will get a link exchange from those 10.
