Besides that, you should not cancel your Mastercard service. Even if your Mastercard sales are low, you need to make it as easy as possible for your customers to spend money, not harder. You already have at least 2 billing processors in a cascade for this very reason.
If I were you I'd offer up an apology to Segpay and get back to work increasing your sales.

I don't know why you or anyone would think its wrong to call people out when they feel they are being wronged. Ass-kissing is not the only way to get results.
This new Mastercard fee is pure bullshit and I for one think its wonderful that people are opting out. I started using my own merchant accounts through Netbilling a few years back and at $500 a year is was worth it to keep my 2 CCBill accounts and my Epoch account open. At $1000 a year it isn't. I let my Epoch account lapse yesterday and one of my CCbill accounts is due for renewal next week, I think I will take the opportunity to let MC know where they can stick it.
